Income Tax Preparation Process

Easy 5 Step Process

  1. Email us for a quote. Please include a short summary of your tax situation. We will try to immediately provide you with a firm quotation.

  2. Complete our questionnaire (link to our questionnaire) and send us copies of your relevant documents. We will guide you through it and answer any questions you may have. (Tax Checklist – new page)

  3. We will prepare the tax return(s). There may be additional questions/requests of you at this stage.

  4. We will notify you of the outcome and request payment.

    1. Your tax return(s) will be sent to you by post or email (PDF). At this stage you can review the forms and ask questions. If you are satisfied the return can be e-filed to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). If e-file is not possible it can be physically posted to the Canada Revenue Agency.
